The United States is a corporation defined under US code 3002 section. The Virginia Company was issued by the British Crown from the City of London Corporation for North American settlements. The British Crown is a continuation of the English Crown which was given over to the Holy See in 1213 under the Golden Bull. In 1215 under direct papal ownership King John issued the Magna Carta (Latin for Great Charter) and that established the one mile square block in London called the City of London Corporation as a sovereign entity from England and London. Novus Ordo Seclorum is Latin and translates to New Order of the Ages and is on the United States Great Seal and US dollar bill.

The Holy See uses Latin for official documents and as the official language of the Vatican City State which is a sovereign nation that was established under Benito Mussolini through the Lateran Treaty of 1929. The Holy See is a sovereign corporation headquartered at the Vatican which issues Papal Bulls which are corporate chartered contracts and laws. The City of London Corporation issues royal and private corporate charters and is the headquarters of the 110 Livery Companies and they represent every market in business. The United States is a federal corporation (US code 3002 section 15 part A) and is a continuation of the Virginia Company and Plymouth Company which were issued by royal charters from the City of London Corporation. The British Crown is a continuation of the English Crown which was given over to the Papacy in 1213 under the Golden Bull. Under papal ownership King John issued the Magna Carta (Latin for Great Charter) which granted the City of London Corporation its sovereignty. The Roman Curia still officially uses Latin for all its documents.
Novus Ordo Seclorum is Latin for New Order of the Ages written on the one dollar federal reserve note. The 1871 District of Columbia Organic Act created Washington DC which merged Washington with Georgetown based on debts owed to foreign entities like the Hudson Bay Company and Belgian Government which is written in its preface. Washington is owned by the British Crown and Georgetown is owned by the Spanish Crown and DC is where the United States is headquartered in. Both the Spanish and British Crowns are subsidiaries of the Holy See like all Constitutional Monarchies. The Belgian Crown appears to be a subsidiary of the British Crown based on the London Conference of 1830 which recognized its independence and appointed the Saxe Coburg and Gotha royal house to rule which are cousins of the British royal family.
