So….why can’t they take a picture when much closer to Earth and the Moon, eh?

    ummm…zoom…? Don’t get it…NASA shows us ‘images’ of Jupiter etc. but this is the best we get of earth and the moon. What was the total cost of this image? Come on guys…

      The images of Jupiter that you’re referring to are paintings and CGI real images of Jupiter reveal that it’s just a light in the firmament a ball of energy not a terrestrial land mass that can be landed upon

    …and given the supposed depth of field here, where are the stars or any background ‘light sources’? This whole facade is really frustrating.

      you see the bright glow on the panel in the right of the frame? that’s the sun glaring off it. in such bright conditions the stars cannot be seen just as they cant during the day on the moon or when flying in the upper atmosphere (or on earth but on earth they are also blocked by the blue color of the atmosphere which we see as the sky,) we can see ther earth and moon as they are reflecting sunlight.

    Seriously not worth my time to reply but I have to say it’s a joke especially if you believe this picture is real .they are mocking us because we are so dumb .
    They never left earth never landed on the moon . End of story except that fact and everything will make sense .
