Operations Dominic and Fish Bowl in 1962 set off 49 thermonulcear blasts to blow through the firmament, then, when they could not blast through, created the James Van Allen belt, a good buddy of 33 degree freemason Admiral Byrd, who he joined on an Antarctic expedition in the late 1950’s.
