Genesis Chapter 9
8. And God said to Noah and his children* together with him,
9. “Behold, I will make my standing* with you and with your progeny* afterwards,
10. “Together with every living soul with you, and with the birds, the animals and all the creatures of the earth with you, with everyone that emerges from the ark and with all the creatures of the earth.
11. “And I shall make my standing with you and I will neither wipe out any flesh by the flood waters again, nor will there ever be a flood that destroys the earth again.”
12. And God said to Noah, “This is the sign of the covenant* I make between me and you and every living soul with you to the end of all ages* of the universe.
13. “I will give my Rainbow to the clouds, and this will be the sign of my covenant with the earth.*
14. “And it shall be that when I raise the clouds over the earth, the Rainbow will be seen in the clouds.
15. “And I shall recall my covenant with you and for you and with every living soul that is with you and with every flesh, and never again will the waters of the flood destroy all flesh.
16. “And the Rainbow will be in the clouds and it shall be seen as a memorial of the resurrection pertaining to live everlasting, between God and for every living soul, of every flesh upon the earth.”
17. And God said to Noah, “This is that sign of the covenant that I established between me and for every flesh upon the earth.”

When the Earth is Ravaged and the Animals are Dying, a new tribe of people shall come unto the Earth from many colors, creeds and classes and who by their actions and deeds shall make the Earth green again.
